How a job works, step by step

Send me a few photos
Send me a WhatsApp with your suburb, what needs doing and two or three photos. Photos help me understand the job and arrive with the right parts.
I only use your photos to quote and plan your job. Please keep people and documents out of them.

A site visit and a written quote
I come out, look at the job and give you a written quote with the scope, the cost and the time it will take. It's free, and you're under no obligation to go ahead.

The price, and what happens if the job changes
We send a quotation based on the work we have agreed to complete, and we ensure that we stick to this price. Should additional work be needed, we will discuss this with you first, and confirm a quotation prior to continuing.

Booking a date
When you accept the quote, I give you a start date. If that date has to move, you hear it from me first.

On the day
I'm on every job. Some jobs need more than one pair of hands, so my team may be with me.

Clean-up
We will ensure that your property looks better when we have left than when we arrived.

Paying for the job
Once the quotation has been approved, we will request the pre-agreed deposit to be paid, with the remainder paid on completion.

If something isn't right later
Our work is guaranteed, if you are unhappy with anything that we have done, please give me a call, and I will come and visit you to discuss this further, and put a plan together to ensure every problem is resolved.
Emergencies work

A burst pipe or a flooded floor can't wait for photos and a quote. Call me, don't WhatsApp. I take emergency call-outs day and night across the Helderberg.

Landlords and letting agents
We are willing to work while your tenant is at home, or if the house is empty, we will arrange to collect the keys from you, and ensure their safe return once the work has been completed.

Yes. A dripping tap or a door that won't close is exactly the kind of job I'm happy to do.
Can you do several jobs in one visit?
Yes. Send me the whole list with photos and I'll quote it as one job.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The quote is free and in writing.
