Finding the leak, then fixing what it damaged
A leak is seldom only a plumbing job. By the time you notice it there is often a stained ceiling, lifting tiles or bubbling paint to deal with as well. Because I also do tiling, painting, waterproofing and ceiling repairs, you make one call and get one quote. I trace the leak, repair the pipe and put the wall, floor or ceiling back the way it was.
Blocked drains and gutters
Slow-draining sinks, gurgling pipes and bad smells are early signs of a blockage, and they are cheaper to deal with before the drain backs up completely. I clear blocked drains at homes across the Helderberg. I also clear gutters, which are worth doing before the winter rain arrives so the water runs away from your roof and walls.

Turn the water off at the main stopcock, which is usually at the water meter near your boundary.
If there geyser is leaking, switch it off at the electrical distribution board.
Move furniture and electrical items away from the water.

No. I come out, look at the job and give you a written quote free of charge, with no obligation to go ahead.
Can you do several different jobs in one visit?
Yes. Send me the whole list and I'll quote for all of it together.
Do you come out after hours?
Yes. My normal hours are Monday to Friday 07h00 to 16h00 and Saturday 07h00 to 14h00, and I take emergency call-outs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can you repair the damage a leak has caused?
Yes, I handle tiling, painting, waterproofing and ceiling repairs as well as, so the whole job is done by one person.
Is a small job worth calling you?
Yes. A single dripping tap or a running toilet is exactly the kind of job I'm happy to do.
